A security deposit of $500 per watercraft (jetski) will been placed on your account the day of your rental. This will cover any damage or if item's are lost such as life jacket, anchors, keys or lock to name a few. Damages such as running a ground causing bottom damage such as cracks, gouges or holes. Damage will be billed per occurrence and may take up to 72 hours to review such damage. Other damage such as cracks, holes, gouges to side, front, back or top of ski or damage to plastic parts such as hoods, cowling, mirrors (but not limited to) will be billed within 72 hours of return.
Other damage such as swamping of engine (when water enters the engine from flipping of the ski) will be accessed within 72 hours from return and billed accordingly up to the full replacement cost of an engine if deemed necessary. Late fees will be billed at $50 per half hour late, per Jetski.

The person who holds the reservation must also provide the security deposit, Splitting of deposit between two individuals is not permitted unless those two individuals are married with the same last name. Credit cards and ID will be checked at the time of rental.

I fully understand that I am 100% responsible for any damage to the Jetskis/Watercraft from the moment they leave AZ Xtreme to the moment they are returned to Az Xtreme and checked in by AZ XTreme.

I hereby authorize AZ Xtreme Atv and Jetski Rentals LLC. to place a hold of $500/ per Jetski on my credit card.
